That flared head with the ribbed base does exactly what it promises—there's no guessing where things are going, and the stretch builds up just right before the rest slides in. I've used it three times already and it's become my go-to when I want to feel thoroughly filled without a lot of fuss.
The ribbed base definitely adds a distinct sensation, though I found it a bit too intense for quick sessions. It’s well-made for the price, but I wish the head weren’t quite so insistent about getting things started.
